im going to have an i-laps timing system to start out with. Its much cheaper than the amb systems. Once i get a feel for how many racers i can count on coming out on a consistant basis than i will make the decision to go with a better system..

How have you and the boy been doing with the outdoor racing?

Well I've been trying to get my business off the ground so the budget only allows for him to run (which I would rather kick back and watch him anyway). His first weekend at m40 he swept the novice class with his buggy. His second weekend out he ran stock buggy and 4wd sc. The stock buggy went ok but our 17.5ss just doesn't seem to have enough in the sand. So mod buggy here we come. In the sc truck he put a pink loner truck into the amain with a 7th place finish. Boy I'm glad Dillon likes this better than baseball!

Does the mylaps transponders work with this system?

Also Dillon lives near VanKal and W ave. How far is your track from there?

I think only the i-laps work with it. The track is only about ten minutes from Vankal.. Glad to here dillion is doing good. From watching him run this winter i knew he would pick it up pretty fast..
