I have that same casting and your wheel swap and detailing really made the car pop. Nice job, Willy...:thumbsup:

That is neat. How old is that casting? I've never seen one. I want one.

Back in '63 we had a '52 that was quite similar. It was a dull, faded, pea green. We lovingly called it "The Ol '52." It had mohair seats and carpet. My mom slammed on the brakes one day while carrying 3 or 4 trays of jumbo eggs on the seat. The resulting stop threw the cartons into the floor. She was able to clean them up. But 'til the day we sold it, on any hot day, the car smelled like rotten eggs. Seems like we sold it in the winter.
