Check them out at the following link below. There are four that were not part of the German set from earlier this year. The four that were part of the German set HAVE variations that make them different from the earlier German versions. The biggest is that the USA bases on/off switches are different then the German versions. The German bases have a screw so that you can change the battery when it goes dead. The USA versions do not. Once the battery dies, you cannot change it and put a new one in.

The German Lotus has taillights and the USA Lotus just has holes where the taillights should be. It has one rivet and a screw to the battery compartment. The USA version only has one rivet.
The German 2 Cool has two rivets and a screw to the battery compartment. The USA version only has the two rivets.
Check 'em out and get to McDonald's today. The promo runs August 20 to September 16 2004.

I have all 8. Every Mickey D's gets whats called a "Customer Satisfaction Box" It has every one of the toys for that set in it. I don't know how many sets come in it, but I was able to get 2 full sets from a buddy of mine. They came with stickers to put on the cars(which i refrained from) and too bad you can't change the battery because it is hard to stop turning them on and off!
