The wheel design looks like it might be MC Toy, but I dont think it would be MC Toy/Maisto or BBurago based on the scale size. The pull back graphic on the package looks familiar, but I cant place the brand or distributor for the moment, though.

I dont recognize any of the brands they curently show on their web site (?) - do you @Motorcade or anyone else for that matter.

Sorry, I don't recognize any of their new products. No die-casts there, only larger remote control cars.
