Copyrighted in 1975, but actually a '73 or '74 Challenger (bumper extensions rule it out as a '72). One of only two known (to my knowledge anyway) 1:64 '73-'74 Challenger castings, the other being Playart:




I thought Greenlight was going to produce one after seeing a picture of a pre-production sample. However, I must have been dreaming as their reps have denied ever working on one and instead produced the over-represented '71 :p

The red MB one also came with a chrome interior and hood scoops. All 3 of the ones I've gotten in lots were like that. The yellow one I have has a painted grey base instead of bare metal as Ilan's appears to be. Hot Wheels like to do definite color or wheel changes per year, but in the 70s and 80s, Matchbox liked to go bonkers with mix and match for body, base, window color, and interior. :lol:
