Round one of the 2004-2005 MASCAR championship is at
Kempsville Motor Speedway, Saturday, Sep 25th, in
sunny Virginia Beach (one can hope!)

Classes are Super Stock (Magnet cars) and BeachJet
(Fray/VHORS style T-Jets)

Is it racing season yet? Apparently most folks are
still in Summer mode, as we had a small field for the
first round of the MASCAR championship, in Virginia
Beach. Fortunately a van load of North Carolinians
arrived to save the day! They had some very fast
BeachJets in their racing boxes as well as some quick
Super Stocks. This was an interesting, close race in
Super Stock, since the new Wizzard Storm and Slottech
ThunderCat T1 were in the field against BSRT's proven
G3. Who was the winner? If you'd like to see, please

Round 2 is at Ron Brna's Raleigh North Carolina track,
on October 30th. Join the Mid Atlantic's premier
series for T-jets and magnet cars, MASCAR!
