Based in Japan, in the early 2000s Maruka was a known importer of toy cars including Hongwell made diecasts. They are also believed to be the maker of one diecast vehicle. A Toyota Crown model issued in the early 1970s. Done in a white over black paint scheme with a red cherry light in the center of the roof. It is noted to be of a lesser quality than other Japanese made diecasts from that era. The interior and chassis are individual chromed pieces with Japanese characters on both the base and blister card.
