I don't know about bulk sales at a discount, but for true, round wheels these are hard to beat. The tires leave much to be desired, but the wheels rock!!

For tires for these, Lopro tires from RRR will work on some sizes, other's brands will work on the larger width wheels.
PVT skinney tires work well on some of the Vincent wheels.
I use them for 70s style stock cars.

A word of caution....

You mention buying in bulk. Before pulling the trigger on any appreciable amount of anything... Try sampling a selection of tire/wheel brands and sizes. Every body style has it's own unique size requirements. There are very few "one size fits all" mag wheels out there. A little prudent fact finding in the onset... will likely save you some coin and prevent having a drawer full of mag wheels sitting there unused because they're not suitable for every car you thought they might be.
