Hi guys,looking for help with increasing volume on a little sound board kit I got from Cult TV Man quite a few years back,it was for the Martian War machine,I also got the Vooddoo FX lighting kit at same time,problem I have is that the sound is very quiet and hard to hear from the speaker supplied

I use sound cards for many of my projects and there are a number of tricks I might be able to offer. To give you the best advice I need to know more about the specific sound card you have. Can you post a couple of pics of the sound card?

Questions:

1. What size is the speaker? (diameter and thickness)
2. What is the impedance of the speaker? (i.e. 8ohms, 16ohms, 32,ohms
3. What kind of batteries does it use? (i.e. coin cells, or regular batteries (AA, AAA, 9V)
4. How do you record sound onto the card? (microphone or usb)

Post a few pics and I'll see what I can do!

sorry I havent got on this Matt but still looking for it,other things have gotten in the way between work and family but I will be looking about over next couple of days,easter break so some me time and chocolate eggs....yum
