I'm not getting my hopes up..I hope they tool up an LX 5.0 notchback for this (like the police cars were), but I suspect they will just issue their existing '87 GT hatchback with a police livery.

Ford supposeably did make 5 hatchback SSP Mustangs for California Highway Patrol in 1982. Never seen a picture of one of them though.

My thoughts exactly. Now the wait will continue until the second release of the wicked wagons in October for the Caprice wagon at the earliest. I was really looking forward to having that car in my hands by May to begin work on a demo derby version.
