I know it's a White Lightning from Classic Gold release 30 (full white interior). But I think the tires in that series were white lettered and the wheels were different. I got this as part of an Autofest purchase. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I think there were both plastic and rubber tires versions. I have a carded WL with plastic tires like yours.
