Reason I ask is because it's a lot more expensive than the Polar Lights' version by about 2x. I'm guessing it's bigger and comes with a lot more detail.

Check out the two sticky posts on the J2 ("J2 Test Shot" and "Details of the Moebius J2...") for pictures and descriptions. To say they're different is an understatement.:thumbsup:

No the Moebius J-2 is not the same as the PL J-2
Here's a little suggested reading for you -
Look near the top of the forum page do you see the thread "Details of the Moebius Jupiter 2 model" just read the first few pages.... I think that will answer your question pretty clearly... just because that thread is locked doesn't mean you can't read it.

Now, before somebody wants to chime in here and chastize me for rudeness I'm going to close this thread...
