Looking at that seller's other auctions, he's got quite a few high starting bids. In the past 30 days, he's had 23 auctions end, and only 6 of them sold. That's a lot of money in listing fees just handed over.

Whew it has been changed to 10.00 rather than 100.00. Makes a little more sense now.
