Does anyone make this? Yes, there's a two foot tall one on ebay for $700.00!
I'm looking for something less expensive and more readily available. Is there such an animal?

Pretty sure it's either two feet (NiceNModels oop), two inches (1/72) or the toy line.

ps $700 is a steal for that baby. Usually $850! (yikes.)
