I was a member hear about 5 years back when a girl named Lisa was the moderator. I think I participated in a Frankenstein painting contest (if that can give anyone a point in time reference). My old name was "bobzilla"". Tried using my old name but someone's taken it. So I'm "Rat Salad" now. One of my favorite old Black Sabbath tunes.

I joined "The Clubhouse" forum a couple weeks back and met some really great guys over there. But, I was curious what this place was like now, and I know you guys are all model fans, and thought you might enjoy my new website. It's in the process of changing hands. I did the design and artwork (cause I'm a graphic designer by trade), but I work on the print side of the business and never got into web work. So I did the design and art, and had another guy assemble my stuff. He works too slow though, and doesn't update my stuff on time, so I got a new guy and he hasn't tackled my site yet. So some of the pages need tweaking.

TURN UP THE VOLUME. I have sound on most of the pages. One page has a bad sound loop on it though and some don't have any sound at all. Gotta fix it. Anyway, when I was here years ago, my favorite modeler around here was Scott Beckman. I really loved his painting style. And there was another guy and I can't think of his name.

Anyhoo, you'll probably be seeing me pop in and out. I took a 3 year break from model building and have the model bug again. Got tons of new models to build. So, you'll be seeing new stuff go up on my site regularly. Enjoy!
And sign my guestbook!

:)

Hello and welcome back. I think your site is very clever, and your models look great. I especially enjoyed Dr. Smith and the Robot. I'm thinking this will be my next figure kit myself. Keep up the good work!

Welcome back, Bob!

I enjoyed both my visit to your site and the models pictured therein. Your modus operandi was apparent in the nice, clean, uncomplicated graphics of the site and your straightforward out-of-the-box model work. I'm sure we all look forward to more!

Bob - great work and thanks for sharing your site.:thumbsup:

I remember your Bobzilla handle, and remember when Beckman used to post here. Indeed his pics were great. I think the other builder you were referring to was 'Markenstein' who hands down built the most awesome looking Bride of Frankenstein I ever saw. Not to sell short yours or anyone else's work on the kit, this creation was unbelievable
