saw it yesterday, love the new idea about drilling out the Rivet top, instead of eating up Dremel Bits.. 7/32 right? The order would be:

1 Drill out rivet and get it ready to tap.
2 TAP the hole
3 Drill off the top portion of the rivet with the 7/32 drill bit
4 Pop off chassis

I will not be making HW knobs, but will use it for custom. The Wax thing I will try as well.. Thanks again John for all your tips, your once video (57 Merc Wheel Swap" changed my TOY collectig life from 3 3/4 inh Action Figures to 1/64 diecast.

Yes, you can tap at anytime but the pilot hole keeps the 7/32 bit centered while you knock
off the top of the swedge! The wax is a must you'll be amazed!!!!!
