any help on marchon stuff! This guy sold me his childhood track for $ 20 bucks cause he no longer wanted it (YO! i don't play with toys no more!)Thats him not me.any history,value,hop up,get a refund,trash it,keep it help.that make believe 250 on box where you can see the second 0 was added on might be a hint?

I have always thought that these seem to be very similar to TOMY chassis and body mounts. I wonder if the same factory manufactured them. I think the cars run on most tracks, but I don't see much demand for the track.

Thanks again alpink! (3 minute response,told you he was fast,he certified it again!)you see were the track is in the pic...outside.did'nt even look at it yet.This the 8th time i came across a track set and no afx sets yet,tyco either,just tcr sets and now this.At least i got 2 nice looking porches.

The track set looks mint and all their similar to tomy afx but made with reverse connections so you cant use it with tomy afx and the power/controller terminals are tyco all the way.as for track al,bud's was selling tomy afx track for a dollar a piece ,,you know i bought alot.Not sure what happen to bud's?no site=no store=no buds?

FWIW- I like Marchon Track, and used it for my True 1/4 mile length Dragstrip. Their cars are nice -albeit kinda Porky, and their Chassis are well designed(albeit dated) and the motors are pretty strong.
Good stuff, I'll take the track if you don't want it ;-)

The Marchon chassis came in two different types. The second type with the thin neo magnets and wide silver colour pickups is pretty well sought after here in the UK as these chassis combined with a Tomy Turbo motor (same as the stock one but from a Turbo always seems quicker) forms the basis for the quickest modified "toy" chassis. Very hard to beat when set up with the right gears, hubs and tyres.
