That looks like Beta Ray Bill's hammer Stormbreaker. It has the same properties as Thor's hammer. Hulk couldn't lift it.

you are correct about strombreaker thats why its not included in kit. This version of hulk was based on the miniseries where he battles wolverine and rips him in 1/2 and tosses his lower torso 3 miles away.
