Based in Winnepeg, Manitoba this distribution company marketed their "Ruff 'n' Tuff" branded diecast at Bay and Zeller's stores in Canada. Yat Ming made models were also used in this brand labeled line. They also issued Zylmex castings as "Ruff 'n' Tuff Mini WHeels" without refeence to Zylmex.

In the mid 1980s, they marketed a series line called "WOW" using unlabeled (?) Welly castings that looked like peviously issued Tomicas - with the tag lined on the blister card of 'Tough Ready Action Toys".

In the late 1990s, the offered a 51 piece gift set which held (25) TC castings, (25) accessory pieces and a paper playmat. (The reference is not clear as to which 'TC' brand is being addressed - as a logo or as prefixed # system.)
