I was trying to use the radio with a crystal receiver,(doesn't work)IT DOES need to be a synthesized reciever too! I put the reciever in and it works great. thanks to swtour and KenBajdek for thinking about the synth.
it's all hooked right I just drove it with a friends radio.I need to get my radio programed to the car now,I can't race with his radio anymore(same class now).
I think the problem is the reciever. From what I understand is the MX-3S is a synthisized FM 75MHZ (channels 61 to 90) system and needs the same non crystal receiver that is adjustable to your radio. Not too many FM radios out there anymore with 2.4ghz technology.
