It could be an error missed by QC at the factory,
or the work of somebody after the fact.

If the car was found on a peg most likely its an error.

If bought on the secondary market anything is possible as the tampos
but not the paint itself will wipe off with certain chemicals.

I bought someones collection 1k+ in cards and a few unopened cases 2002 2006 so far, 4 more to open...I have 15 of these in total. All still carded. Maybe worth something to someone being a huge error....I have some back to 94-95 threw 2015...if anyone is looking for a specific let me know

Lots of cars sounds like fun!

Could be some hard to find variations and Treasures in there ...

All the wheels on all cars are the same the roof has nothing but small hotwheels logo
Out of 16 I only have one with no artwork. There is artwork on all other roofs i believe. I'll have to double check later

Missing Tampo Error. Very cool. I have a few of them that I bought either online or at flea markets and I have found a few in stores over the years. I think they are more scarce now than they used to be.
