I was out this morning at Walmart picking up cat food, stopped by the diecast and there was a dump bin of Avengers cars, looking through them I noticed this car it was the only one there and it is not listed on the back of the package so I'm guessing it's a chase.

Yeah that is the "chase"

I have seen about 40-50 of those, left them all. I think they were 2 or 3 per case.
