I finally got the courage to join the secondary hull. Wow! Big gaps. I'm going to let the epoxy set and go after it one more time. I'm guessing that's what Apoxy Sculpt and a Dremel tool is for -

Have you Refit guys experienced big 'ol gaps where the top meets the sides especially around where the nacelle supports meet?

Or do I just suck?

My first one i did i did not notice anything major where the top meets the sides. But was given this tip before i started that project.:" the most glaring problem most people have is the 1/16" gap at the base of the warp pylons. For a quick fix, sand the paint off an old credit card (most are styrene), coat it with liquid MEK based model glue, and slid it into the gap. Once it is fused in place, just trim the excess away with an xacto and wet sand with 400-600 grit. This will eliminate the seam, as well as strengthen the joint." It fixed the problem.
