Just discovered Facebook...this went directly on it.

I found out the hard way when you cut the top off your index finger and FLING your hand in pain, it leaves a pretty red splash on the wall...

Fortunately, I found the nub and taped it back on [circa 1982]. It grew back together, but it's numb...
