I was junk shopping this weekend, pick up a 1983 Hotwheels Camaro Pullback car. Can't find it in Tomarts (haven't looked page by page). It's a Pennzoil car, yellow plastic body, rubber tires, and a switch that locks it for release after it's ready to go. Can someone give me some info on this series?

Also, on the bottom of the car there is a switch, one position shows an axle, the other shows something else, what is the purpose of this switch?

It cost me a buck, could'nt pass it up.

I have one of those types of vehicles and it was described as a Shift Kicker when I purchased it. Not sure if just my particular vehicle is called a Shift Kicker or that model of car is the Shift Kicker. I bought it because it had goodyear tires and it matched well with my original Real Riders display.
