And trying to fix things I really shouldn't attempt too. Long story but I'm trying to take care of my parents land and that means lawn equipment that I've never taken care of before. My need is this ,I have a tecumseh 4-cycle engine string trimmer that I need the choke, throttle and govornor diagram for. Model # is LV148EA. I took it apart to clean the carb. (thanks youtube :/) and now I can't get it back together. :( If anyone can help I would appreciate it so much!

The linkage you are referring to is the throttle linkage. The end of the linkage with the spring; the end oppisite of the spring connects to the governor arm, second hole down. The throttle linkage; one end connects to the top of the carb on the throttle and the other to the governor arm, top hole. This will only work one way. The linkage with the spring must go under the throttle linkage. It is formed specifically for it to assemble this way. I seen a few videos on you tube that shows how it is routed. Check a few more videos if my explination does not help

could you link to the youtube videos because I have watched so many they are starting to run together. I have attached photos, I'm just not sure how to attach the hook that is loose. The one with the spring never came off from the original placement. The other one fell off when I wasn't looking so I don't know how to put it back. Yes I feel dumb but at least I'm trying to learn ,right? Any more help would be wonderful/otherwise it goes to the shop. Thank you! Oh yes and what runs through the brackets?
