Found this set at TRU today, someone swiped the Corvette for this played beat up Mustang, which is Racing Champions. But it worked out good for me as I wanted the police car only and the manager gave me the set at 1/2 off at $3.49.

The 'Toys R Us' by my house had a 15 car set ripped off for three of the Police Cars.

Do people not have the 7 dollars to buy the car? I don't understand their messed up rationale. I mean, they probably spent about 2 dollars on gas swapping and returning the set. How ridiculous it must be for grown men to cheat the system over 3.5$ is laughable...

Indeed, This not just happens at TRU it also happens at Walmart too. I tried to eduacate the Manager the differents but they just don't care...Who knows maybe its a inside job and they are trying to cover their own....

I'd say I find empty stashed HW/MB packages a third of the time I go to look at the store since I'm looking for any goodies that were stashed too. Usually hand them to an employee if I can. I don't get how people don't have a dollar for a mainline either. Apparently someone really wanted WRXs from Toys R Us this weekend as I found several empties.
