Hi Y'all. I finally came up with an idea for a base for these guys that I feel good about. Plus some natural light close-ups. Hope you enjoy!

Yes, those are two wooden craft plaques glued together. It took several coats of primer and then flat white Krylon before finishing it with Krylon chrome. Thanks for the great comments!

Using two of the wood bases and setting them up like that while finishing them in the silver paint really sets it off and makes it go well with the two figures. Great job for displaying these classic scifi characters.

Thank you all for the great comments. A few years ago I saw this kit in the Model Museum at the clubhouse and NEVER thought I could ever do something like that. I learned a lot and really appreciate the encouragement I've gotten from all you fellow modelers.
