Can someone explain these to me? I didn't see these listed on the GL website, but have seen several in auctions over at the bay. Are these like super chases or something? They sure are expensive.

Those were made by Collectables Corner . I believe they were part of sets for diecast shows in the western U.S. Most Gold Quests were only made in editions of 5 or less .. The regular cars were usually a chromallusion color .. - usually made in quantities of less than 50 ..
A pic of some of my regulars here ..

Ralph is a customiser who makes the cars that Jeremy from collectablescorner1 sells at his events and at events like Autofest. Ralph does very nice work on his code 3 cars. If he does 50 cars he usually does 5 with gold accents and 5 with green accents. Here is a pic with some of them in it. Ralph's code 3s are some of my favorite cars.

Thanks guys. I love the mustangs. I have yet to ever attend a show, but hope to when it comes to Orlando. Maybe I will see them there.
