This is not a custom. It can be pre-ordered at a few online diecast dealers.
The eBay auction is here.

The question was:
"Where can I find the original picture that this seller had stolen?"

The local Action dealer does not have any pictures. I would like to view some good pictures before I pay $15-20 for this HUMMER.

As you've stated, Action now owns FunLine. I'm not sure where you can purchase this one so it must be some kind of promotional thing. But, I can add that this paint scheme is in celebration of GI Joe’s 40th Anniversary. The U.S. Army and MB2/MBV will run a special one-time paint scheme on Joe Nemechek's No. 01 Chevrolet Monte Carlo at Lowe’s Motor Speedway on October 16.

Whoops, I just read the eBay auction after responding. Ah well.

I went to visit one of the local Action Performance dealers today.
These are still coming!
I pre-ordered today for $7.95 each. (Much better than the $9.99 +s&h on eBay.)

...will this be packaged as a MM or something else??
The workers in the store never called them "Muscle Machines" - just "FunLine".

YES! I bought one!

The collectibles store had just gotten them in today. No word on the other three Military Muscle Machines.

The back of the card has a silver sticker that reads "1 of 2,592"
