For sale: RX-7, a few rust spots, original paint. Ran when parked.

This is my first attempt at creating an aged appearance. Attention was paid to where water might collect on a real one.

Thank you both. I think it's more of a 'pretend beater' than a real one. Instead of a stock-looking sleeper it looks like it barely runs, until you're staring at taillights. :lol:

I should try my hand at a something that's truly dilapidated soon, once I have an idea how to do the windows, tires and wheels. I figure a lighter can be used to soften up a set of wheels I don't mind sacrificing, but I'm less certain how I might rat-up the windows.

Initially it was a champagne gold colour, but I can definitely see how it looks like bare metal now, it's hard to see the faint golden tint against the rust.
