I don't think so. The only chases from Series 5 were the ones that had RR wheels. It is just that some colors were tough to find that they seemed like chase cars.

These are Series 5 Classics from 2009, the last year the Classics were made.
I loved the series, Mattel never really said why they stopped making them.
