Just got back from seeing it.

Has anyone else seen it? Thoughts?

I found it very enjoyable, mostly accurate from what I've heard/read Over the years. HF2 kind of comes off as a pompous king who could be manipulated by his courtesans. Enzo does not come off as great a great manufacturer, but only interested in racing. So probably accurate. He is not very like-able in the film.

I need to check on the driving. Some of the scenes looked CG, but most looked real and very well done.

Damon and Bale did a fine job as Shelby and Miles.

I'm kind of surprised Hollywood stayed mostly true to the story.

This could be a classic in the making. Time will tell.

Havent seen it yet, but HF2 and Enzo sound accurate. Ferrari has only recently started focusing on passenger cars (around 2010) and still are primaily focused on F1 racing today. So that ould be accurate as well.

Both Damon and Bale have said no CG was used, but I cant see them staging the wrecks again....

I highly recommend the movie.

2 of the crashes must have been CG, but most could have been real. I think some were real cars with CG added, but I could be wrong.

LOTS of great cars!

Netflix has a documentary called "The 24 Hour War" on the same subject.

Also very enjoyable, and much less Hollywoodized.
