As a boy growing up in the 4th grade in 1964, I can remember getting brochure in the mail every year from Ford from 1959 to about 1969... My dad, grandpa, and uncle bought a new Ford about every 2 years... I can remember the excitement waiting to see the changes from year to year in the pics... 64 was a good year and I liked all the cars Ford had in the showroom... The Thunderbird also had power, class, and style but I don't have a HW 64 T-Bird casting... Then half way thrpugh 64 they rolled my beloved Mustang on the showroom floor !!!
Ford for 64 !!!

One of the first - and best - cars I ever owned was a 1964 Mercury Comet Caliente. Ford was definitely on a role then.
