Fleer began operations as a bubble gum maker in the 1950s.

In the 1990s, they began making sports cards themselves.

In 2001, they bought the White Rose Collectible line and moved it to Mt Laurel, New Jersey.

In 2005, facing financial difficulties Fleer and their White Rose Collectible line was taken over by Upper Deck Trading Card Company.

In 2019, White Rose Collectibles sports vehicle are still available.
