I'll be leaving early morning on Friday morning to roll into South Bend around 8:00 am {South Bend time}... I honesly cant wait, I can't wait to see all my friends, I can't wait to see how my chosen racer(s) do against yours... look for some surprises there...

So, I have promised a couple people I would do things for them, such as get their dinner bag and mail it to them. But here's the problem.

My computer went down a while back and I lost all those notes, and emails as well as all my contact information. Even with my precautions I lost it all... a real bummer...

So here's what I know, and if you are expecting Me to do something for You, while I'm at the fest. Please post here and/or email me to remind me. If you don't It won't happen.

I just hope Hurricane Ivan slows down or turns more east. Weather.com shows the hurricane track to be in Tenn/KY area Friday morning. Depending on how wide it is at that point and how it turns it could affect Ohio/Indiana with a ton of rain.

Weather report for South Bend looks good Friday. For central Ohio on Friday they are saying possible rain. The hurricane leftovers may be chasing me as I leave here on Friday.

I may be a bit "rain-delayed", since my path and Ivan's are the same, and at the same time. Still hoping the hurricane goes on it's projected route, as it will at least avoid damaging my home further. I'll be burning tree debris until Wednesday, and replacing shingles tomorrow, if I can.

I'll be arriving at 8:52 am Friday in South Bend. United Airlines. I got gas money if anyone will be there. If not, I'lll taxi to the Hotel. (unless they got a shuttle.)

Hi All,

Welll a couple of friends of mine and I will be heading down on Friday night, about 11:00 pm and we should roll in at PM Headquarters around 3:00 am so we can get in line. This year I'm bringing a chair and a rain poncho, just in case ! I hope there is good weather. That is, at least till we get to the hotel around noon. I'm looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones.
