I know its alittle early in the season for carpet but I would like for everyone to get a chance to stop by and check us out. Our local oval racers new and old have started to come back and race with us. We have been getting alot of rain for the past 3-4 weekends so everyone is interested in racing oval. The classes we offer are Legends, Spec, Pro Spec, 4 cell stock, 19 single, modified and 12th scale.
Please check us out at our website Thanks.

Fast Track Hobbies Race Report & ROAR Region 3 Race

Hey guys, Katf1sh is right this is a great track and facility. About 185' of super smooth ozite. Nice layout with even a bleacher section for groopies and hanger's on. Plenty of pit spaces laid out very nice with an upper shelve for chargers, power supplies, boxes and stuff plus space under the table for your action packers. Electrical outlets glaore for you power hungery racers. Latest AMB scoring package will accept house transponders or your personal transponder.

Went to their Saturday show yesterday and had a great time. Plenty of good racers who are more than willing to help you with your setup. Brian Flowers got a kick out of making fun of my large diameter tires. Hey I'm just cheap what can I say.

For the summer season they have been on a 75 lap qualifier and a 150 lap feature which brings back some RCRA memories where it isn't just the fastest car but you had to manage that car for 15 minutes on the track in the main. I'm pretty sure in the fall and winter they run the normal 4 minutes. 75 laps took 5 min 14 seconds. The Nature Boy was all set to pounce at the 120 lap mark sitting nicely in 3rd still throttle driving. Pulled the trigger only to hear the tone go off at 125 ending the race. Little did we know that Flowers probably messed with the settings to avoid another Stinger Raceway last lap defeat! I just have to remember to blink some during the racing. Eyes get dry if you don't blink at least every 2 or 3 minutes!!

Sam Cosmano runs the show and man's the well equipped hobby shop. Also outside is a killer looking off road track. I'm pretty sure the schedule is Oval on Saturday and Off Road on Sunday's.

I highly recommend the facility and bring the family. The Isle Of Palms is only 30 minutes away and my wife and daughter had a blast at the beach while I was playing with toy cars. After the race go put a hurtin on any of the great seafood places in Mount Pleasant.
