Designed by Michael Collins for Mattel Hot Wheels there were 14 casting releases issued from 1999 to 2010. @Fandom notes that the rear spoiler was originally part of the window piece. And has been changed to be an opaque separate plastic piece, but not when that design modification was made. Visually that change first appears in 2002.

The Ferrari F355 Challenge is a Grand Touring race car made by Ferrari in 1995 for their Ferrari's own Challenge series, It was developed by Maurizio Corbi from the standard F355 model using a $320,000 USD dealer-supplied kit to modify it to racing specifications. 108 chassis were produced.

Over the years, more factory-supplied parts were added and by 1998 the F355 Challenges were supplied as a nearly complete race car. Minus just a few parts. It was powered by a 3.5L Ferrari F129 V8. These cars were retired at the end of the 2000 racing series and replaced with the 360 Modena Challenge cars.

Here is casting release version 11 and one of my favorite Hot Wheels castings.
