I love bikes and crazy about riding. I go for trips along with my friends often.I am a heavy sweater, and this disturbs me particularly when I'm wearing a helmet. I would wipe off the sweat from my forehead and neck, which makes the gloves slippery. I have even thought of stopping the bike and wipe off the sweat, and then continue the journey. I wear loose clothes, and that too with short sleeves. I think this is dangerous while riding a bike. I am planning to undergo an excessive sweating treatment from Toronto. The treatment is planned for next month, and I have a long ride next week. I bought a sweatband. Is there any other option to manage the sweat? Please give some genuine suggestions.

I suggest you ride when it's cool out. If you're in the south, then try riding in the early morning about a half hour to an hour before day break. The sky is usually bright enough to see fairly well, and it'll be a lot safer.
