They are in the HUMMER 1 R1 & R2 packaging.
HUMMER R2 was on cardboard!
Normally, I will see 1 or 2 auctions a month for these on cardboard. Before this past week, I have seen one other auction with this packaging but with a Gatorade lanyard.
