I had a guy leave me two negative feedbacks on ebay because he didn't "like" how much I charged him for shipping. I gave him a shipping discount, but he saw that I didn't use every penny I charged him for shipping to pay the USPS, so he left me a negative on both items.

After literally 8 phone calls, and 5 emails and talking to more than ten people; they removed the negative feedback. It did cost me over an hour of my time, so it was expensive, but WELL worth it.

As a gentleman I will not post the buyer's name here, but if anyone wants to know who it is so you can block him send me a PM. By the way, this guy has left more than 17 negative feedbacks in the last year, some of our friends from the HT HO slot car community have felt his pain.

Ebay really changed the rules now with respect to feedback due to so many people getting a lot unwarranted FB. Glad you won cause if he didn't like the shipping costs, then he shouldn't have bid on anything you were selling.

I once left a negative ebay feedback for shipping charges. The guy charged me over $10 more than the shipping cost him. He didn't even have the courtesy to use an actual shipping box; he sent the stuff in a beat up empty box of Red Max Extra Large Trash Bags!

I don't mind sellers adding a few dollars as a handling charge, but I feel it's excessive when it gets up around eight or ten bucks.
