Ok I just bought a entry level dyno today to see what RPMs mt motors are running. Can someone give me a good baseline what I should look for in RPM Range for a Trinity 21 turn Spec and at what voltage. At 5.4 Volts I am seeing 16,000 RPMs is that good or bad? What should I be looking for and what volts should I be running these at.

RPM levels alone might not be the best indicators, get the amp draw as well to help determine which motor might be better and how to gear it.
Even with high end dynos the motor with the highest power output doesn't always perform that way on the track. Whatever you use to test motors, use the same parameters (Voltage, load if available) and just try to repeat the results with other motors either by using different spring tension, brush configuration or gearing.
