I just love them. Reminds me of when I was a kid getting them from the five and dime where they were in the boxes.

Aren't they awesome? Can't find 'em in Canada unfortunately, I get them from ebay. Apparently they're not continuing that line though

That's right, this thread made me look because there aren't any more new Lesney Editions. When I compare them for example with the HW Hot Ones, they do stand out a bit more in my eyes. Rubber tyres would have improved them though. And I really miss the suspension that MB used to have.

Renegade. I have that Austin for ya. We'll work something out but it's yours. As far as the others go, my local stores have a glut of the red caddy, the mustang, one or two of the BMW SUV, and the cougar I think. I'd be more than happy to pick any of them up for anyone. I do like the hot ones too. I was so excited when I found 2 of the Jeep Scrambler ones. It was like finding a super. I love jeeps.

I never liked them bringing back the Lesney name personally.
Kind of a cheap marketing ploy to me as I probably hold the old Lesney name and vehicles a little more sacred than a grown man ought to! :) :)

I would agree with them being a marketing ploy, especially at the price they were listed for. If they were going to bring back that name, probably would have been best if they had been genuine Lesney castings, if there is any tooling left.
