What is everyone using to discharge the new cell and what is the best method to make them last as long as possiable to get the best performance out of them. I guess what I am looking for is this what is the best device to discharge these batteries so it takes them down to .9 volts per cell @ 35 amps but won't ruin them in a fool proof way.

Thanks,
Scott

Mike I understand the equalizing of the cell but what is everyone using to discharge after they get off the racetrack to take the battery down to .9 volts per cell.

After you get off the track just leave them. Discharge them and equalize the cells before you charge them the next time. If you are not going to use them for a few weeks put 500 secs. of charge in them for storage. I use a Turbo 35 to discharge and a novak smart tray to equalize.
