I'm really getting upset with DIECAST EXPRESS. Series 3 Battlestar Galactica Vipers and Raiders are all over the internet and e^&^<a for the last week and a half, and my pre-order still has not shipped yet.
Their On-Line Customer Service used to be pretty good. They would reply by the next day. Now it's pretty silent.
I resorted to calling their 1-800 number, and I get the "we are processing". No explanation, and no time frame.
Anyone else encountering this problem with Diecast Express?
