DIECAST EXPRESS - BG Vipers/Raiders

I'm really getting upset with DIECAST EXPRESS. Series 3 Battlestar Galactica Vipers and Raiders are all over the internet and e^&^<a for the last week and a half, and my pre-order still has not shipped yet.

Their On-Line Customer Service used to be pretty good. They would reply by the next day. Now it's pretty silent.

I resorted to calling their 1-800 number, and I get the "we are processing". No explanation, and no time frame.

Anyone else encountering this problem with Diecast Express?

I finally got through to a customer service person who took the time to find out what is going on:

Appears as though the Viper and Raiders are selling so well (or short shipped) that they were not able to fill all their pre-orders. They re-classified my order as BACKORDERED.

If I had received an email 7 days ago apprising me of this fact, I would have been a lot happier. As they don't know when they will receive another shipment, and they haven't collected payment yet, I cancelled the order.
