Very nice!

Is this the same casting as the Beatles Routemaster that had four different tampos?

If the Beatles Routemasters were roughly 1/43 size, I'd say yes but I've never seen them in person so I don't know for sure.

Here's a picture from eBay Kiwi78 (mine are packed away). I bought my set of 4 at Target. The price was about $10.00 each plus tax.

I'm sure the scale isn't 1/43.....it would be very long.

I think this is the casting: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Corgi-COR...Vehicles_JN&hash=item4ab8518959#ht_2178wt_822

Your Beatles one with a little research seems to come up as 1/64 similar to the Matchbox size: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ALL-4-BEA...Vehicles_JN&hash=item2c5e1e8e7b#ht_1245wt_922

If I had mine handy I would measure it.

Please post the lenght of the Routemaster that you bought.
Sorry, I don't have a ruler handy myself, but I just took a couple of pictures with the Matchbox Routemaster next to it so you get an idea. I hope it helps.

I know it was listed as 1:64 Kiwi78.

I hope I can find mine, measure it, look up the lenght of a 1:1 Routemaster and divide that lenght by 64 to see how close it is to 1:64 scale.

Oh right...I found the wife's tape measure so I ripped up the box and...

The Corgi is 12.5 centimeters long. Online conversion pages tell me that this is something like 5 inches.

I can see how my thinking was wrong. It is indeed listed as 1/64 (http://www.corgi.co.uk/shop/special-events/the-diamond-jubilee/cc82321-routemaster-bus/) so I expected Matchbox size. But of course it's a bus and not a car. I'll settle for 1/64 then. :)

Here's a link about the Routemaster Kiwi.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Routemaster

It lists the Routemaster as both 30' long and 27' 6' long.

going with the 27' 6" long version (330")......330" divided by 64 is 5.15625" (close to 1:64 scale).

You're right. The Mini is 1/36 according to Corgi.

I saw the Mini, but I didn't buy it.

It took me awhile to get all 4 Routemasters.
