What is the best program out there that will work with 1\4 scale as well as 1\10 scale electrics in the same show ? Prices and web pages please

A couple years ago we had random transponders not counting. Found out three issues that caused the problem. If you have extra loop wire balled up on itself there will be interference. Also if you have extra loop wire strung across other 120 volt wire this will cause interference. I have my loops inside conduit, one of the conduits filled up with water and caused a signal problem. Just trying to point out something simple to fix that I have done wrong.
