Located in Watsontown, Pennsylvania this company first began operations in 2002 distributing 1:64 and larger scale diecasts with propely licensed Penn State University logos on them. These castings were made by Anson and then Golden Wheel and came in window boxes without notice of the maker names. The Anson brand models were the first to be used and make no mention of "Tiger Wheels" either. They may have been left over vehicles from the "Tiger Wheels" brand though and only used until they were depleted and then Golden Wheel models were used.

Consistent with the Anso purchase by RCErtl timeframe a 1:18 casting by ERTL with the Penn State logo theme is also known.
