Classic Metal Work's 1966 Pontiac GTO

I am in the process of building the Classic Metal Work's 1966 Pontiac GTO kit # 61014.

However, I have encountered a problem with the instruction sheet NOT listing TWO identical decals #17. The TWO decals on the decal sheet, #17, appear nowhere on the instruction sheet. Consequently, I am at a loss as to where these two decals are to be positioned on the car.

Do they go on the valve covers? On the car body somewhere? On the interior? In the engine bay?

The decals read "Royal Bobcat" with a black and white checker pattern to the right of the text and the text in white on a black panel.
