I found this JL series 22 the other day,,,it is a light green chevy coupe with white rims and the motor and pipes is all white too,the number 3 on the Car is also white,,will get a pic of it up here soon,take care Larry

Correct, R22 is white wheels/tires.

They do it on purpose, every release has a faker, a car that could be a white, and uses fringe traits, i believe this is done to discourage or confuse the seedy elements in diecast..
